Answers:

1. Always prefer to stay with Indian folks or Indian community. Avoid remote area, Downtown area(Old city). Check with your company HR.

2. Please check on the linked-in, WhatsApp's group and FB marketplace.

3. Rent: House/Flat-  2BHK at 10K-18K, 1BHK flat at 6K-12K, Studio at 6K-12K,
 individual and share room at 3.5K-8K pesos.

 4. Yes, mostly property owner asks for 1-2 month rent as deposit and 6-12 month of contract agreement with local guarantor who stay in same city.

5. If you stay 4 years in Mexico. you will be eligible to get PR.
